Here's the thing - while I love creating beautiful designs, I'm actually a business strategy nerd at heart. I've launched 7+ ventures and worked with countless startups, so I know firsthand what it takes to get a business off the ground. After years of helping entrepreneurs, I learnt that success lies in the perfect blend of strategy and presentation.

Walking in your clients’ shoes

In 2021, I got my first microblading done, followed by nanoblading in 2024. Like many of your clients, I spent hours scrolling through Instagram, comparing portfolios, and researching artists. (Yes, I'm a big researcher before committing to purchases and services!)

I am a huge supporter of cosmetic tattoos and would recommend the procedures to my friends. But there can definitely be improvements.

One thing lacking was the necessary information. I even learned this the hard way - following "dry healing" advice that was totally wrong for my skin type, not getting brows wet at all for a whole week and watching my precious brow pigment fade away…

Recently, I booked my mum in for her first brow tattoo experience, and seeing her feel rushed and unsure about her choices made me realize something: PMUs can do better for their clients.
